DISPATCH:
All orders are packaged and dispatched within 1-3 days of ordering unless custom (see below) or stated otherwise. These timeframes may increase during sale periods & public holidays.
Custom / Personalised orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of completing the order. This varies depending on the order and will be communicated per product page or via email.

DELIVERY:
All orders are gift wrapped and do not include invoices so you can send directly to your loved ones.
Please allow additional shipping times for NT/TAS/WA and regional locations.
